And here it is time to head south already. after much preparation I think we are nearly ready.
First we head to Kevins for a couple of nights, then start for brads for 3 weeks. then wind our way south to Gulf SHores for a month before heading to Winter Haven resort, Brownsville texas for 4 months.
Sad news from our Canadian besties John and Laurie. John has been dx'd with a Glioblastoma brain tumor. We are devastated for them. we are going to go from being the 6 pack plus 1. (beth, todd, tom and I plus laurie, john and marlon) to just us lonely 4. John and laurie of course will not be joining us this winter. Makes me want to cry everytime I think about them.
We have tried to catch up and see everyone we could before leaving. Seems like it has been a whirlwind the last couple of weeks. We went to see Tom and Ginny Miller in Hastings MN. earlier this month. Good to catch up. Also had our beautiful nieces wedding last weekend. Greatg day!
We finish up our work time at the campground today. About 235 hours for the season. so approx. 75 hrs on account for next year. Brett may not be thrilled with that.
